BeautificationThe Minnewaukan Beautification Volunteers, aka MBV, includes all community volunteers who help to beautify our city. The volunteers maintain the flower beds on main street in the Legion Park, the Memorial Park, the gazebo, around the city structure (USDA), and seasonal decorations. MBV has purchased several benches and flower boxes for main street. The current board is: Sharon Ebach, Lori Cline, Annette Schmid, Claudette Carlson and Kaylee Ripplinger. Funding for the MBV is through donations and the proceeds from the Minnewaukan Community Calendar.  The Minnewaukan Community Calendar includes names of birthdays, anniversaries, and memorials. Sponsors from the local region are a major support of the calendar project. The pictures in the calendar are taken by area photographers of community events and scenery. The calendars are sold for $10 each.
