Building Permit Application

Any building within City limits which includes any remodel inside or out, decks, windows, siding, etc. is required to fill out a building permit.

Any new addition or building moved in will need a certified elevation certificate. NO building below 1460 elevation unless it is approved by FEMA. Permit fee is $25.00 and must be approved by the City council.
